Adv. Irene Sibony has many years of experience and extensive training in the field. Comprehensive Academic Training
Adv. Sibony holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) with honors in commercial law from Tel Aviv University. She is a graduate of the International Executive Program, which was held in collaboration with the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
Adv. Irene Sibony has been a member of the Bar Association since 2000. She holds a mediation certificate, certification as a notary from 2014 and certification to draw up durable powers of attorney.
Adv. Sibony has many years of broad, in-depth knowledge in her main fields of practice – real estate, contracts, family law and commercial law.
Rich Professional Experience
Adv. Irene Sibony did her internship in a Jerusalem law firm engaged in all levels of civil-commercial law, with a focus on real estate and banking law. Staring in 2000, she served as a lawyer and legal advisor in a leading law firm in the south, whose clients include some of the countr’s largest companies, contractors, banks and authorities.
In the field of real estate, Adv. Sibony represented developers and contracting companies. Her services in the field included providing ongoing guidance, accompanying transactions and projects, sale/rental agreements, contracting agreements and legal advice for housing companies, evacuation and construction project agreements and property registration. In the public sector, she has accompanied hundreds of clients in the most important transactions of their lives – the purchase and sale of properties, both second-hand and from contractors.
Since then, she has been providing comprehensive legal consultation and representation in a variety of fields, including urban renewal, private and commercial real estate, real estate receiverships, drafting wills, managing inheritances and drafting durable powers of attorney.
