Inheritances and Wills

Family law is another field in which Adv. Irene Sibony’s experience is reflected, and in particular - wills and inheritances. For over 20 years, her services in this field have including drafting wills, probate orders, and inheritance orders according to the law. She dedicates her time to advising and assisting her clients in this area, understanding that these are sensitive issues, and that the parties involved are usually family members.

The main goal is to ensure that the testator’s estate is distributed exactly as they had wanted and requested, and that the families of the heirs are properly taken care of while minimizing disputes. As a notary, she drafts notarial wills.

Durable Powers of Attorney

A durable power of attorney is a legal document that allows you to plan your future and determine what your life is like at the stage when you are incapable of making decisions, managing your affairs in certain aspects (such as in terms of healthcare, property and personal factors) or perform actions independently. In a power of attorney you can appoint people you trust as proxies who will act in your name and on your behalf in the areas that concern your life.

Adv. Irene Sibony holds a special Guardian General certification for drafting durable powers of attorney from the Ministry of Justice, and is highly experienced in this field.
